NIGERIAN VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS 

Requirements for Tourist Visa:

1. Passport (valid for at least six months)

2. Duly completed application form with two photographs

3. Applicant's Return Air Ticket (Original) or Itinery Slip

4. Company Guarantee Letter with Bank Endorsement

5. Hong Kong ID Card for Non SAR Citizens

6. Hotel Voucher or Booking Slip

7. Visa Fees

Requirements for Business Visa:

1. Duly completed application form with two photographs

2. Applicant's Return Air Ticket (Original) or Itinery Slip

3. Invitation Letter from Nigeria

• By Fax : The Applicant must present the original fax letter;
• By Post: The Applicant must present the letter's envelope;
• The Undersigned of the Invitation Letter must write his/her name in full below their signature and their position; (and)
• If the Undersigned of the Invitation Letter is a Local (Nigerian) Citizen, he/she must forward the copy of his/her passport's data page.

4. Photocopy of the Sponsor's Residence Permit (for Non Local Resident)

5. Company Guarantee Letter with Bank Endorsement

6. Visa Fees

Requirements for STR Visa:

5 Copies each of the following:

1. Co-guarantee letter with Bank Endorsement   

2. Letter of Employment

3. Letter of Acceptance of Appointment

4. Experience Certificates

5. Educational Certificates

6. Expatriate Quota

7. Passport Size Photographs

For first time applications, applicants will have to attend an interview. Interview days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am - 1 pm.
